For now yes — Aria is built specifically for New Jersey agents with live NJMLS data integration. We're expanding to other states in 2026. If you're outside NJ, join the waitlist and we'll notify you when your market is available.
Does Aria actually send texts or just draft them? +
Both. On the Pro plan, Aria drafts every text in your voice and you approve before sending. On Diamond, you can enable full auto mode where Aria sends approved drafts automatically based on your rules. You always stay in control.
How does the MLS property matching work? +
Every time you open Aria, it silently checks the latest NJMLS listings against all your active buyers — matching by budget, number of beds, and preferred town. When it finds a match, it surfaces it on your homepage and drafts a personalized text to that buyer in your voice. One tap and it's sent.
Will my clients know I'm using AI? +
Not unless you tell them. The Mirror My Voice feature analyzes your actual texts and matches your sentence length, casual language, emoji use, and tone so precisely that clients think it's you. That's the whole point.
Can I cancel anytime? +
